DevOps Engineer Pega in Amsterdam
We want to automate tasks effectively, streamline processes better, increase employee productivity and achieve high customer satisfaction. We do this, among other things, by offering knowledge centrally and channel-independent to customers and internal employees. And we also work on one central VIVAT customer view. We need you to do that.
ITC Customer Interaction (CI) is a business unit (ART) with several multidisciplinary devops teams. For each team we work on software development, management, information analysis, testing and infrastructure related work. The teams work closely together with, among others, product owners from the business, architecture, external sourcing partners.
ITC CI has 45 colleagues. Other domains - in addition to CRM - within ITC CI, Websites & Portals, Output Management, Digital Archive and Integration application are low. We obviously work agile.
A University Degree focused on ICT.
Experience with or interest in customer strategy.
An agile mindset and scrum experience.
The ability to innovate.
The ambition to give input on all aspects of the software development process. to deliver, you are open to task broadening.
Strong analytical skills and are eager to learn.
Speaks and writes English at a high level.
It is a plus when you have experience with:
CRM systems, preferably Pega v7.3.1.
knowledge management system KANA IQ.
script or programming language (eg Pega CS (S) A).
Windows server management 2008 and 2012.
automated testing and / or automatic deployment:
Visual Studio Team Services (VSTS)
