Do you like helping customers architect systems and solve technical problems? Would you like to do this in the domain of EV mobility using the latest technologies? Do you have a knack for helping companies understand enterprise architectures and integration approaches, and the consultative and leadership skills to launch a project on a trajectory to success? Do you want to help the Technology and Innovation team to establish our client as the leading Charge Point Operator (CPO) and Mobility Solutions Provider (MSP) in Europe?
As a Solution Architect within the Sales Development organization of our client, you will have the opportunity to help shape and deliver on a strategy to build mind share and broad use of our client's CPO and MSP platform within strategic accounts.
Your broad responsibilities will include: owning the technical engagement and ultimate success around specific implementation projects, and developing a deep expertise in the oour client's CPO and MSP technologies as well as broad know-how around how applications and services are constructed using our client's platform.
The ideal candidate will posses customer facing skills that will allow them to represent our client well within a customer’s environment and drive discussions with senior personnel within the company, as well as a technical background that enables them to easily interact and give guidance with software developers and architects. He/she should also have a demonstrated ability to think strategically about business, product, and technical challenges.

Founded in 2009, our client is the European market leader in advanced charging solutions for drivers of Electrical Vehicles (EV) and EV charge locations. The company was founded on the belief that the world needs to transition rapidly from petrol based vehicles to electric vehicles. The aim is to accelerate this transition towards sustainable transportation by enabling consumers and companies to start using Electrical Vehicles. This can be achieved by developing and setting up the required infrastructure (charge points) and digital services to charge electric vehicles around the globe. The company manages and operates a European network of more than 25.000 online charge points with a custom made back-office application. In addition to the back-office they are having online portals, which manage settings. They also have numerous integrations with other charge point and charge card providers across Europe.

Functie eisen

  • Serve as a key member of the Sales Development team in helping to ensure customer success in building applications and services on our client's platform;
  • Scope each customer engagement, with attention towards clear and well-defined objectives and success criteria;
  • Own each engagement, and help ensure a timely and successful delivery of value;
  • Capture and share best-practice knowledge amongst the company and community;
  • Understand the client's market segments, customer base, and industry verticals;
  • Understand and exploit the use of salesforce.com and other internal client's systems.
  • The ideal person will be highly technical and analytical, possess several years of implementation/consulting experience;
  • Fluency in English is essential, other European Languages are advantageous;
  • Experience working within the software development or Internet industries is highly desired;
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills are a must, as well as the ability to work effectively across internal and external organizations.
  • Technical degree required Computer Science or Maths background highly desired working knowledge of software development practices and technologies highly desired;
  • Experience devising solution based on Platform APIs and transaction processing is a plus.
