As a Service Designer you help Guidion with the improvement of our current services and design of new services, while aligning people, processes and technology from a customer perspective. We deliver a variety of technical services in- and around the home as a B2B2C company in the Telecom and Energy market. You facilitate the quantitative and qualitative research, develop ideas and prototype & test experiences. In your work, you apply a variety of methods for problem definition (e.g. jobs to be done) and service design (customer journey mapping) and combine this with practicing (digital) design tools for prototyping & testing. Besides that, you easily take the stage to inspire the organization towards a more journey oriented mindset and way of working.
You love to facilitate design thinking workshops to figure out customer needs. Everywhere you go you see the potential for improving the customer experience. You have a background in the service design domain where you worked with service design methods and at least one design tool. With your creative skills you develop ideas on how to exceed the customer expectations. With your communicating skills and your enthusiasm you naturally activate everyone within Guidion to be more journey minded. In addition, you have great verbal and written communication skills in English.
