Job Description


• Provides high quality and timely support for 2nd line technical support cases and problem resolution for application delivery systems, in line with contractual SLAs
• Provides valuable technical input and support for the design, validation, deployment and configuration management of computing delivery systems and software
• Administers user’s system access and works to protect information to meet security and compliance requirements
• Monitors key system performance metrics and security logging to support capacity planning, backup and disaster recovery planning to ensure high systems and applications availability
• Provides periodic out-of-hours and weekend support for scheduled maintenance and software release activities
• Provides periodic out-of-hours and weekend support for major incident response on a stand-by basis

They have over 150 employees with 20+ nationalities working at offices in the Netherlands, the UK, and the US.



• Technical degree and/or certifications in a related field of study and typically 5 or more years related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Ability to communicate effectively and clearly (spoken and written) in English is a must
Essential knowledge and experience for this role:
• 3 years General IT system administration experience in a customer SaaS environment including most of the following:
o MS Windows Server
o VMWare (preferably VM certified)
o Citrix
o Active Directory domains, DNS/DHCP
o Experience with Linux/Unix systems
• Completely understands and applies job practices, techniques, standards, principles, theories, and concepts. Possesses general knowledge or understanding of other related IT disciplines
• Ability to interact effectively with inter-organizational personnel, external customers, and 3rd party suppliers. Represents the organization by providing clear solutions to difficult technical issues or specific technical requirements
• Contributes to the completion of specific programs and projects. Failure to obtain or deliver expected results would typically result in serious program delays, operational impact to customers, and considerable expenditure of resources
• No 9 till 5 mentality but focus on getting the job done
• Pro-active and open mindset
• Ability to communicate effectively and clearly (spoken and written) in English is a must
Nice to have:
• Experience with Microsoft Azure
• Experience with PRTG monitoring
• Experience with Nessus
• Experience with McAfee
• Experience with ITIL processes
• Experience with Scrum/SAfe
